天津市恒庆机械有限公司是创建于八十年代的生产浮动油封的专业厂，主要生产国内外推士机挖掘机农业机械矿山机械筑路机械建设机械煤矿机械和汽车等所用的各种规格浮动油封。生产规模、产品品种、产量、型号市场占有率均为中国之最。目前全厂职工300多人。拥有一流的专业人才，致力于浮动油封的研究和开发，积累了丰富的经验。有壹百多台设备，铸、车、磨、一条龙生产。产品规格从φ50到φ750, 具有每年生产四百万只浮动油封的生产能力。工厂占地12000m2, 建筑面积8000m2。生产的浮动油封采用日、美、德各国家先进技术和材料，产品为国内主机厂、专业生产厂和国外的各型履带式工程机械配套并远销欧美等数十个国家。产品已通过ISO9001:2000国际质量体系认证及欧盟环保认证并由天津工程机械研究所和天津市产品质量监督检验所定期检测。Tannin HangQing Machinery Company Limited was established in the 80ls dedicated to the production of floating seals.It mainly produces floating oil sealsof various sizes for bulldozers,excavators,agricultural machinery,mining machinery,colliery machinery,road machinery, construction machinery and automobiles. Its production scale,types of products,production volume,models and market share all rank the foremost in the country.At present the company has a total staff of more than 300 persons among them there are many First Class specialized personnel being dedicated to the research and development of the floating seals, and they have gathered a lot experiences in this area. The factory has more than 100 machines and equipment being used for a complete production chain including foundry,lathe-turning and grinding etc.The annual production capacity is about 4million pieces of floating seals with the product range from φ50mm to φ750mm,The factory occupies an area of 12000m,in which 8000m are building area.The floating seals are produced by adopting advanced technology and materials from Japan,USA and Germany and the products are supplied to OEMs and specialized Factory in China and worldwide for various Crawler Type Construction Machineries,and also supplied to the customers in many countries in Europe and America.The products have been approved with the International Quality System Certification of ISO 9001 and 2000,and the European Environmental Certification.The products are inspected periodically by Tannin Research Institute of Construction Machinery and Tannin Product Quality Supervision and inspection institute.
